Pastry Cook (M/F)

Missions

  • Checking the replenishment of buffets
  • Leading, training and developing Pastry cook assistants
  • Attending and cooking behind the buffets during the service
  • Ensuring the good presentation of your pastry displays
  • Respecting and applying hygiene and safety procedures

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar certification compulsory
  • Experience in the function and in the management required
  • Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering and Viennese breads
  • Knowledge in English is a must
